A roulette that specifies a range of numbers.
Register the minimum and maximum values in integers greater than or equal to zero to complete the roulette.
The placement of the numbers can be reversed or randomized.

Register a number range.
The minimum value is 0.
Registering min:0 max:24 will result in a roulette board of 25 numbers from 0 to 24.
Registering min:101 max:150 will result in a roulette board of 50 numbers between 101 and 150.
Position reverse causes the numbers to be placed in reverse order in the roulette.
Position randomization causes the numbers to be placed in randomize order in the roulette.
The draw results will be read aloud.
