Developer Description
This is a mobile application dedicated to home-visit services of Care Connect Japan Co., Ltd.'s care record software "CAREKARTE".
You can also communicate with supervisors and other staff using the chat function.
Records saved from the application can be checked and used in the nursing care recording software.
It is also possible to display and check the records created on the nursing care recording software side on the application side.
Since login is required before entering records, only staff who have been set up in the nursing care recording software can operate it.
1. Record input
You can immediately enter the day's visit record.
2. Viewing records and forms
You can also view the records and forms created on a daily basis using the application.
3. Save photos
You can attach photos taken with your device to your records and send them.
4. Chat function
You can chat between employees. The content of the chat will also be automatically saved as a record.
5.Save location information
We save location information when providing services.
