Its a nice game but...... . The adverts for special medicine are horrible... they drag on for SOOOOO long . Then when you eventually think the ads over, theres another 15 second timer with a picture of the ad . . I wouldn't mind if the ads were relevant but nowadays every single ad for a game is for one that's a clear scam . Either pay to win straight away of even worse the scams where they get you hooked on a really good game, then it becomes pay to play . I dont trust ANY google ads anymore
