ネットオーダーが不便 具体的は ・タイムアウトの多発 ・クーポンが使えない 各種ポイントを付けられない

使用時に気を遣うアプリ。原因は、端末の読み取り精度に見合わないバーコード、クーポンとカードのバーコードの表示遷移に手数が多い、レジでのスタッフ側オペレーションが多く時間が掛かるにもかかわらず、ネットワークが少しでも切断されると再起動しなければ支払えない（ディスプレイOFFだけでも駄目になる模様）という仕様。せめて今後は、ある程度の金額以上ならクジレットカードチャージをできたり、現金で払うより手間と時間が節約でき、Rポイントカードと紐付けてRポイントカードを出さなくて済む様になれば、とても良いのになあと思う。バーコードが読み取れないとバーコードを手打ちしてくれるという噂もあるが、複数店舗で何分間も読み取れなくても手打ちをしてくれたことはない。エンジニアからすれば、「なんでこんなアプリ作った？」と思わざるをえない。せめて、物理的なカードが普及してから「これは使える！」仕様のアプリを考えれば良かったのに。最近の有能なミスドらしくない。ポンタカードを見習わないとだめだ。その後改善はされたが労力に見合うメリットが無いので使用を止めた。

Dude the app was perfectly functional until an update on 31st Jan 24. Now it properly doesn't work and I've lost the 30 donut voucher that was uploaded to my account previously. Test your garbage code before releasing it. Yeah no English support but I don't care about that, I can work it out. Just why replace something that works with something completely broken. You go to log in and it white screens, there's a glitchy way to make it work but then you log in and nothing happens!
