◆Train running position
It displays the running position of the train at a station or between stations, and also informs you of the delay time, type, destination, and number of cars in the train, so please use this as a guide when boarding the train. Additionally, the limited express train details screen will link to our online reservation and sales service site, allowing you to purchase limited express tickets smoothly.

The search results will link you to our online reservation and sales service, allowing you to purchase limited express tickets smoothly. You can register the trains you searched for as "Frequently Used Limited Express" (up to 10 trains are allowed) so that you can search smoothly next time. For limited express trains (*) that will be operating on the same day, you can search for trains based on the presence or absence of on-board facilities such as seat outlets and drink vending machines, and the search results screen will display the on-board facilities of the train as icons.
*For some limited express trains such as the Urban Liner and Shimakaze, you can search for one month before boarding.
[About express service status notification]
If you set this option when accessing our online reservation service site from the search results on the Limited Express vacant seat search/purchase screen, you will receive a push notification if the limited express train is canceled due to schedule disruption, etc. I can. You can also set up to receive confirmation notifications before boarding the limited express train you searched for.
*Pre-boarding notifications can be set in 10-minute increments from 10 minutes before boarding to 31 hours and 50 minutes before boarding.
*Depending on the situation, if we decide to operate a train that has already been notified of cancellation, we will notify you accordingly.
*You will not be notified if the operating vehicle changes due to schedule disruptions or other reasons.
*If you purchase a train with a different date, time, section, etc. from the app's search results on our online reservation service site, or if you change the train you purchased, you will have to search for limited express seats again. Please set up notifications for that train from the purchase screen.

◆Train departure information
On the screen that appears when you tap the station name where the train is running, for stations with "Train Departure Information" displayed, you can see the "departure time," "type," "destination," and "boarding point" of the most recent three trains from that point in each direction. ” and “Delay” information. Also, if you register frequently visited stations and directions in the app (up to 6) in advance, you can display them on the app's top screen. Please use this as a guide to check the operating status and boarding point when boarding from the station.

◆Detour route search
If there is a suspension of service in the section you wish to ride, you can search for a route (including other companies' railway lines) that allows you to bypass that section and reach your destination. If there is a detour, we will let you know along with the standard travel time and number of transfers. In addition, if we are using transfer transportation, we will also display a route map showing the distance and travel time from our route to the nearest station of the transfer route.
