The Mizuho account opening and procedure app is an app that allows you to easily and quickly open an account and receive your My Number.

■How to use

1. Download the app
2. Taking facial photos and identity verification documents, inputting and sending customer information
3. Complete the application by accessing the URL listed in the automatically-replyed temporary registration email and submitting the information necessary for main registration.
4. Check the account opening completion email*1 that will arrive in a few days.
5. Receive cash card (about 2-4 weeks*2)

*1You can check your account number from the URL provided in the email. You can use the Mizuho Direct app using your account number and Mizuho Direct 1st PIN.
*2 The period varies depending on the card type you apply for.

3. Taking a photo of your personal number card or notification card
4. Input/send customer information
5. My number registration will be completed in about one week.
