Since this month when I click to scan the barcode the application crushes. I cannot use it anymore.

The UI UX are all quite cluttered as we can all see from mamy japanese apps. I dont understand. Do japanese prefer reading a lot of unnecessary information? Too much unrelated information which only tires my eyes, too many redundancies in the search results, too many words everywhere, images of products sometimes doesnt swipe, important details are hard to find and etc. Its just a whole mess. Can't believe this is the only online shopping app that can (barely) compete with Amazon in Japan.
