"Minchale" is a goal-achieving app that helps you develop habits such as dieting, muscle training, and studying for qualifications. It is effective not only for new habits you want to start, but also for habits you want to quit, such as quitting smoking or drinking alcohol. Even if you are a three-day monk, why not acquire new habits and achieve your goals in life?
The Minchale system was created under the supervision of a habit-forming expert. Groups of five people with the same goal will continue to report on their habits every day. By putting yourself in the same environment as your friends who are working hard, you will maintain your motivation to make it a habit.
