Great app for car purchase in Japan.

TCV is not what it used to be .it is almost like the sellers have no respect for the customers. The only time you find communication is when you apply for proforma invoices. They message you to find out when you will be paying. Tcv is not doing enough to cause the seller to respond to customers' concerns. I have purchased about six vehicles, but the last one I recently purchased, which is the seventh one, I had a very bad experience. Very poor service now. But it is still the safest site.
