Some problems at the beginning but due to process. Mobile app easy to use.

As a app developer in another country, I can not say it's professional enough. However, I found it pretty easy to use for beginners. Sorry that I cannot upload pictures from Play Store web version. I need to mention about 2 points of this app: 1. There is no expiration time for security authorization. This means that I have to enter the pin or verification every time when I roll back to the app screen. Please make it at least one week. 2. There is no ask/bid switch. The only way to check the sell price is going to the selling page.

App only seems to let you move BTC. Have to use the browser to move other coins.

They charge you when you deposit. When you buy, the price is higher than current and when you sell, the price is lower than current. Even when you withdraw, they charge. You are losing from the moment you step in.

Scam! They charge a ridiculous fee for everything! I have funds sitting in my wallet and they refuse to release it to me! I had to pay a security deposit. Now they are claiming my account was inactive. I have to pay $20,000 Usd to have it active again for me to withdraw my funds. They charged me with late fees. I paid over $30k already and still cant get my money. Customer service was not helpful. The amount of money I gave them to try to get my funds out is crazy. They ruined my life.
