Just Some Hee Ho With A Mustache (Top Nep)

i'm someone who first discovered PAD when it was new about a decade ago. It was simple and fun for me. Over the years, I've tried to get back into it, but it just keeps getting more complicated, kind of like Yugioh. This game is a breath of fresh air, the team building is much easier. My favorite thing is that there isn't gacha, there are only 2 permanent $10 purchases, and I feel like you only really need the first one. Fun, strategic puzzle RPG with plenty of monsters to collect and upgrade.

Updating my review with the new update, the flickering and crashing issues for me have been fixed. Still a little bitter that they told me it was a problem on my end and then fixed it a month later. Shame you only get one first impression. The game is really fun, but I'm bringing this to you with the context that I paid for the unlimited stamina. I'll happily pay 10 bucks for a game with no gacha. This is a simpler PAD without the gacha, I'm having a blast with it.

this is a really good game and an upgrade to to previous puzzles and dragons. im loving the creating aspect instead of just rolling and hoping for monsters. the only issues I have is the incredibly low stamina and poor damage, the only good way to beat a monster is to have multiple combos, so if you're not lucky, you'll die very easily. This shouldn't be the case at all since without many combos, you do basically no damage. the more I play it, the more I hate it

Puzzle & Dragons 0 is a refreshing spin-off that reboots the original game. The battle system and team-building has been ported over and given a graphical upgrade. The gacha elements have been stripped out and replaced with optional ads and a stamina gate. Every character is obtainable through play without purchasing. You can play offline, but you're capped to 5 plays until you reconnect to the internet, EVEN IF YOU BOUGHT THE PAID PASS. Frustrating, I would've rated 5/5 otherwise.

Crashes aren't fixed, and now occur after you beat the stage. If it crashes after beating the level, you're forced to redo it because it doesn't recognize the victory. The crashes make you feel like you wasted what little time you have for the game, and some stages are not to replay even when get through the learning curve. This could have been a good game.
