You can check the details of your reserved trip at JTB stores or on the website. You can view your reservation details anytime on the go as long as you have the app.

・You can use the message function
You can also send and receive messages regarding your booked trips from the app. This is a safe and convenient feature even when you are unable to visit or call the store during business hours.

・You can view reservation details and itinerary at your destination
You can see itineraries for domestic and international trips. Supports ticket issuance and aircraft check-in.
You can easily access information on hotels and inns where you will stay, as well as information on great coupons that can be used on your travels.
