You can take the assessment as many times as you like, so try it whenever your circumstances change or you feel like something's bothering you.

The inner journaling feature allows you to enter your feelings and triggers for everyday events in three steps.
Easily record your thoughts, and the review feature allows you to reflect on your experiences, even during your busy daily life.

By placing your fingertip on the smartphone camera, your heart rate will be measured over 60 seconds.
