■ Notice
1) When the insurance claim documents are sent to the insurance company through the app, the insurance company will provide separate information (Kakao Talk, text message, etc.), and in this case, it has been received normally.
2) Insurance claim review is conducted within 3 business days from the date of receipt by the insurance company.
3) Insurance claims are available 24 hours a day. (However, the insurance company's application is processed from 09:00 to 18:00 on weekdays based on the business day of the insurance company)
