The Credit Recovery Committee, established in 2002, is a special public corporation pursuant to the 「Act on Supporting Financial Lives of the Commonwealth」 and provides support for interest rate adjustment, repayment period extension, and debt reduction to those who have difficulty repaying their debts normally.

■ You can apply for the credit recovery committee debt adjustment system through the APP.
- In the case of delinquency before 30 days, 'Debt adjustment before delinquency (expedited debt reconciliation)'
- In the case of delinquency between 31 and 89 days, 'interest rate debt adjustment (pre-workout)'
- If overdue for more than 90 days, 'Debt Adjustment (Individual Workout)'
