The National Pension Service's mobile app service, "National Pension by My Side," is designed to provide the main civil service services of minwon.or.kr, the civil service website, easily and quickly in a mobile environment.

List of main services
1. Personal service to the public
- 28 types of inquiry services, including expected old age pension, national pension, subscription details, etc.
- Fax issuance of 12 types of certificates, including subscription certificates and subscription details, and 8 types of electronic certificates issuance service
- Electronic certificate issuance service for 50 types of other organizations from 14 organizations, including the Ministry of Public Administration and Security's 'Resident Registration Certificate/Abstract'
- 30 types of application services, including pension claims, local subscriber acquisition reports, return/additional payment applications, etc.

2. Retirement preparation service
- 6 types of services, including finding out about my pension and comprehensive diagnosis of retirement preparation

3. Additional services
- Fax sending service for reporting/application to reporting center and corporation, such as verification of qualifications, etc.

[Note]
What should I do if I have a joint certificate on my phone but cannot see it when I log in to the ‘National Pension near me’ app?
- Android security policy has been changed (strengthened).
(Before change) If you copy the joint certificate once from a specific app, it can be used immediately in all apps.
(After change) Even if the joint certificate has been copied once from a specific app, it must be copied for each app to use it.
Therefore, if you have a PC available, access the National Pension Service website and click “Export certificate to mobile” at the bottom.
You must copy and use the joint certificate from your PC in the National Pension app.

※ If copying the certificate is difficult depending on the user's environment, other login methods such as simple authentication can be conveniently used.
