Korea Insurance Development Institute's Silloss 24 is a service that allows medical institutions across the country to send medical receipts, detailed statements, and prescriptions, which are necessary documents for insurance claims, directly to the insurance company electronically to make a claim. (Planned to go into effect for clinics and pharmacies on October 25, 2025)

● Insurance contract inquiry
- You can immediately check your insurance contract from the Korea Credit Information Service and file an insurance claim without separate registration.
- You can select multiple insurance contracts at once and file an insurance claim at once.

● Check medical history
You can immediately check your medical history at each hospital. (Can be checked up to 3 years ago)
- There is no need to register receipts, detailed statements, or prescription documents. When making an insurance claim simply by selecting the medical information, the receipt, detailed information, and prescription for the medical information will be sent directly to the insurance company.

● Insurance claim
- There is no need to prepare separate claims for each insurance company.
You can file an insurance claim at once with the insurance company of your choice by writing a standard claim provided by Silloss 24.

● Find the hospital I visited
- It’s okay if you don’t know the name of the hospital. On Silson 24, you can find all the hospitals you have visited in the area you want.

●Child claim
- You can make a claim right away by looking up your child in public My Data without the need for a separate parental authority verification process.

●My parents/third party claims
- My parents or a third party can prepare the claim on my behalf.
- My parent/third party billing delegation consent can be easily obtained through KakaoTalk Notification Talk.
