It's so amazing. I love it

It works fine for me but an English friend who is insured with Linea Directa cannot access the app. He cannot download it to his UK mobile because it is not on the UK Play Store and he cannot download it to his two years old Spanish mobile because it says the system O/S is too old. A sizable percentage of LD's client base must be foreigners so how are they meant to access the app on their foreign phones?

the app works good enough, but every time I update it I have to log in again and every time I log in I have to receive an SMS with a code even after using fingerprint verification, not even my bank app has so many layers of annoyances

Not required road assistance so can't comment. With regards to your policy you can only review. When renewal is due you can ask for amends or ask for call back or chat with an agent through this app, you need to go through their website and request a call back or call a 902 number yourself, which is a 5 minutes automatic questioning sytem until you finally get to an agent if there are any free. This app isn't any good when it comes to your policy or uploading docs, very disapointed.

Useless app. To be honest I was not expecting anything decent from Linea Directa. My experience with this company has always been painful. They never respond to email queries in a timely manner. Their 902 numbers are expensive and they are far too slow to respond. I needed an emergency repair last year but this company declined it despite the policy terms that said I was within my right to make such a claim. Their homeclaims department are trained to decline claims no matter what! AVOID LD!
