Don't bother with this app. I have been a customer for eight months now and called them twice about me being unable to even enter the app. All I get is a half hour wait on the phone before endless excuses that the system has just gone down, etc and to call back later on. The crazy thing is I have insurance with the sister company, AXA, and their app works fine and has done from the start. Update, just tried again and still can't get into the app. Don't bother installing this app.
