this app is basically useless if you buy your furniture directly through the shop at their outlet, their customer services are slow and sucks, I can't see when the delivery and the installation services gonna come to my house because it doesn't show up in the app (this is my first purchase and I'm bound to stay at my home for 2 DAYS waiting for ANY information for a furniture that I've already fully payed) it's so frustrating! I can't even see the e-receipt on the app 😠

Hellish! OK app, but superbad Customer service! I ordered a furniture with installation, somehow the furniture came after a lot of delays... But getting the installation is the experience ever! I had to re order the installation service, they kept postponed the time of install, and never came. I tried to contact CS but they gave me WhatApp instead with bot, and evertime they switched me to another division I had to explain all over again.. and there's no way for me to call them!
