Lately you only have the 18 pk of Michelob ultra available on the app. I know for a fact if I go to the location you have the 12 pk. Storage is at a premium at my home and I don't have space for the larger quantities. It feels like a marketing scheme and unfair.

Placed online holiday wine order that promised 20% discount off of four or more bottles if you ordered online. Placed order online and said discount would be applied at pick up. That did not happen. Went to pick up order and said discount was not applied and they couldnt honor it. I could get the wine anywhere in town but thought I'd give big bear a try because of the discount. No one at the cash register knew how to correct it and even the online sales guy didn't know how to correct it. 😠

Big bear used to be the only place we'd go for our beer. For our 4th of July party we ran out of beer. We called for the delivery service, instead of driving. Which anyone would assume, this is what the reason for the delivery was for. we were denied by staff because we sounded intoxicated! WOW! Wierd thing about it is I have seen several intoxicated customers go through the drive through with no problems. At the counter very intoxicated with no problems. Big Bear is over priced. Go to Safeway!
