Really enjoyable game. A lot of good puzzles & a spooky setting. Can get really challenging at times, then I'll wait a few days & come back with a fresh perspective to re-examine the clues, which typically works (or you can watch their walk-thrus if you're truly at a dead end). I ended up buying the full version because I liked it so much, and it's definitely worth it, you get so much additional story!
I've enjoyed all the Forgotten Hill games so far, including this one. However the in-game clues were not as helpful as in previous games. As a result there was a lot of running around and random clicking. Unlike prior games, I actually had to get help from online searches. Also, many things I expected to be able to interact with, at least at some point, were just nothing. Still the usual dark, twisted, random jumps I expect from F.H., but it could've been better. Hopefully the next is up to par
This game has approximately five chapters in it. The first three chapters were very enjoyable but the last two are nearly impossible to solve because the puzzles are not logical. I was very disappointed. I almost never have to rely on a walkthrough. Other than that the game is fantastic! Also, please stop having us kill animals in your games to advance. Not cool even if just a game. Also, many times your hint button did not work when standing in a room that clearly had puzzles in it. Thanks
Haven't gotten very far and this game already has horrifying racist and sexist content. I can't imagine paying for the full game when the demo is so nasty. The puzzles seem challenging but it's not necessary to insert bigotry into horror. Pass.
Doesn't even get to first screen before crashing. I guess that's better than if in the middle of the game...
