I've played a few rounds now and I enjoy it. Some improvement in my opinion is it needs more genres. We have a lot of of themes and that's cool. I like the various actors you can buy. It's s good system and I'm slowly playing thru the various games they have. When we have multiple studios it turns to semi chaos. We should be able to see which studio is wanting a place to film etc
Its something that kept me entertained for a while. I wish it was it had more genres like Horror, comedy, teen (but those are all 'themes' so you have to put them into the existing genres which doesnt always make sense) I also wish there were trends or something to make more better more money making movies. It could use some new things but its a pretty good game
Decent, But... This is one of those fun low-key puzzle simulation with the veil of whatever theme it is. Honestly, it's fun, a bit hectic at times and feels semi accurate to trying to bust into the movie world. A few issues make playing it awkward. Once you have two or more studios to make movies in. When you get prompts to choose a filming location or name the movie for release. It isnt tagged which movie it's asking you to choose for. Causing issues.
Interface craps out after starting movie. Just freezes in game. You can access the menu, but nothing in the game works
There is no button to fire staff? It's very painful to manage the team, not enough research points to train staff. It also seems impossible to discover a new genre. Don't get me started on the process of hiring people, you have to tap tiny people on the map and if you don't like them it's tough luck, they will keep wandering around crowding the area.
