Catches the gradual achievement and buffing of Game Dev Story with extra touches of control and decision making. I find myself torn after each production as to whether I should dedicate cash and research to growing the business or my team? I could get my Script Writer to a B level, or explore to discover a new genre or set? Should the new set be basic on purpose or eclectic for wow factor? Kill in the ratings, or answer a request, both? As always, limitations lead to interesting combinations!

Definitely a fun time waster. Literally the 9nly thing keeping this from being a 5 star game for me is the lack of information for stat and 'class' requirements to evolve the staff. Also lacks a list of different staff positions so I dunno if I've unlocked all of them or if there are more secret positions (for example script writer) available. All that being said if you enjoy management/Sim games this is a fun one.

After a while of playing, this game just seemed really repetitive and felt like I had to use the same sets and items over and over without any variety in order to satisfy requests.

Normally I love Kairo games. This one is a let down though and I was so excited to play it. Every TV "show" you make is basically a talk show format with talking heads sitting on stage in front of a live audience. Living room set and drama or romance still looks like a boring talk show! Can't make anything that even resembles a TV show with a storyline lol. I would recommend the movie studio game from Kairosoft over this one!

A fun game, as with every Kairosoft title. However, during the tutorial of sorts where you had to place items your set was compatible with, I got stuck in a loop where no matter what I did, I couldn't complete the set as I ran out of funds trying to place what it told me, but it told me to place and then destroy and then replace and then destroy again.
