Wonderful in everyway except one, I want to download it on my Windows 10 pc but can't. (I tried Google solutions with no success). It still gets a 5 star rating. For what you get, (I paid for the license but, the free version is awesome too) its a life saver for me! It put the big picture on a small screen, saves me time with automatic reminders, clients can book themselves online (this is OPTIONAL), I can upload pics to their profiles, no more forgetting a face! TapGroom is underrated.

Super helpful for my salon, only problem is that I have it on both my iPad and Android phone. I purchased the license on my iPad so I can add more than 50 clients. I have everything synced to my phone but I can't add or edit any appointments from my phone unless I purchase the license again. In terms of convenience, that sucks. Overall, it does what I need and runs well. Would like to be able to sync my license across devices though, I'm not paying another $15/month when I can just use my iPad.

Okay. I really don't need "sample groomers" or "clients". I just need myself and my clients. I'm sure there's a simple way to clear these fake customers and groomers out of the app, but honestly, I just want to enter my own information WITHOUT figuring out how to erase an example.

Every single advertisement for Tapgroom says FREE! Nothing is ever mentioned about payment unless you want to use reports, Statistics, Marketing and Accounting! I use the program for just a database and scheduler and suddenly the program locked up and demanded $15 per month! I am really pissed! My client info is in this app and I cannot use it! LIARS!
