Easily arrange yourself:

submitting a claim for reimbursement is super easy and quick and they also have a great costumer service

App works well, but a pity you have to navigate the DigID nonsense. You only use one fingerprint to log in, so why not allow this directly instead of going through extra DigID steps? Most illogical.

There is not choice of European countries in the application. Without choosen the country you can not proceed with the submission of your claims.

I'm giving a two start rating due to one major problem only. It's been a few months since I can no longer log in using the mobile app. After authenticating on DigiD, which then redirects me back to the ZilverenKruis app, it keeps trying to log in but never succeeds, the page shows a button that's loading and that's the end. I've tried waiting for 15 minutes, but still doesn't log in.I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and I get the same problem.I couldn't find technical help online
