Are you already a patient at Amsterdam UMC or do you have a referral from your GP? Then you can create an account for My Dossier via the app. You can do this easily with DigiD. Download the My Dossier Amsterdam UMC app and click on the 'Log in and register DigiD' button.

Please add English as a language option, and login using non-Dutch phone numbers for SMS code. Or not numbers at all.

the app used to be okay-ish, but since the last update all pages are blank. I literally can't do anything
