The HWO app allows you to consult your exercise program anywhere, anytime on your phone. Once you've installed this app on your phone, all you have to do is sign in to the app with the passcode you received from your healthcare provider.
With the HWO app you can safely report to your healthcare provider how the exercise program went, and you can also score the exercises at an individual level.
