Return
You can return your order to the hardware store for free. You do not have to register your purchase for this. Take your invoice to one of our hardware stores. Is it not possible to return the product to the DIY store? Register your return online. Returns can be made up to 30 days after purchase. Please note: custom-made items cannot be exchanged or returned.

App has an extremely annoying bug. After searching for something, then selecting an item, then pressing "back", you're kicked back to the home page instead of the previous search results page. So if you look at an item and then want to go back to the search results, that's impossible. This bug also happens with the cart, if you open an item from your cart and then press "back", you're sent to the home page instead of the cart.

Weigert te onthouden dat je geen berichten wilt ontvangen en stuurt vervolgens ongevraagd reclameberichten. Irritant!
A Bubble
This app is far from good. It crashes. The search engine shows the item you searched for on page 3 after about 60 items you didn't ask for. I can't participate in contests because it shows a black screen when clicked or keeps saying to rotate screen when trying to log on or doesn't recognise my account when I get past previous mentioned hurdles. Off topic: ClubKarwei spend 1.000EUR get a 10eur discount voucher, that is the lowest loyalty discount I have (ever) seen.
