Convenient to use. Would be perfect if I could choose English language as well.

would get the last star if i had the option to change the app to English (or other languages). i get is a dutch insurer in the netherlands, and i understand enough dutch to go through it all, but not having a language option in 2025 is far behind.

It's disappointing that the application lacks an English translation. Due to this, I am considering switching to a different healthcare provider next year

This app doesn't work. It crashes on startup, and just gives a generic "something has gone wrong" error message. I've contacted their support department, but after about a month I've yet to receive anything but emails asking for my personal details (which have no bearing on the issue), and no solution of any kind. I'm considering moving to an insurer that has a working app, and actually takes complaints seriously. Steer clear of this one. EDIT (version 6.2.0): The problem still persists.
