Log in quickly and easily with DigiD and SMS verification or with the DigiD app. Are you already a patient at St Jansdal or do you have a referral from your GP? Then you have immediate access to your MijnStJansdal account.
With MyStJansdal you can:
• Send a message to your care team.
• Complete questionnaires necessary for your treatment.
• View test results, such as radiology reports and blood results.
• Make, reschedule or cancel an appointment.
• Video calling with your healthcare provider.
• Include photos in your message to the care team.
• Authorize your partner, parent or child to view your file.
• Review and change your medications.
• Update your allergy information.
• View the visit summary after your appointment.
• View all letters, for example the letter that your practitioner sends to your GP.
• View your current health problems.
• View your medical history overview.
• View brochures.
