Online consultation
Do you hesitate to go to the doctor, or is it not possible? A large part of the care questions can be arranged online by your own GP. No more waiting unnecessarily in the waiting room at your doctor's office or the out-of-hours surgery. But ask your question when it suits you. You will receive a response within 24 hours. Sharing your measurements for chronic care
Share your chronic care measurements with your healthcare provider in no time at all. For example, the data is securely stored digitally in your own medical file and is accessible to all parties involved at any time. Useful!

View medical record
Do you want to view your own medical file? This is now possible via the app. You do not have to apply for this, but you always have access to your own data. This way you can easily review your own health history.

Usage
When the app is opened for the first time, you will be asked to create an account. You will be asked for your BSN for verification. You can then look up your own GP or out-of-hours GP and start your conversation. Not all general practitioners are still affiliated with speakuur.nl. Ask your doctor about the possibilities if your doctor is not yet available in the app.

You can ask questions for yourself and your family members in the app. You start by choosing a treatment area. Then you answer a number of questions. Based on this, it is determined whether it is possible to process your question via the app. If so, immediately start a conversation with your healthcare provider. Your question will in any case be dealt with within 24 hours.

This way you avoid unnecessary waiting at the GP or GP station and your question can be answered quickly online.

Trustworthy
The questions, algorithms and advice provided in the app come from validated Dutch questionnaires used by healthcare institutions. They have been tested by the UMCU and meet the European (CE) safety requirements. In addition, the specific advice in the chats is given by your own healthcare provider. The questions and advice are therefore safe and reliable.

To protect and respect the privacy of the user, you are asked to create an account. The data is immediately stored in an online secure environment to which only your own healthcare provider has access. The app is not connected to a cloud environment and does not store data publicly.
