The Norstatpanel app makes answering surveys easier and quicker than ever before
Note: In order to use this app you have to be an existing panel member.
By using the app, you will receive surveys customized for mobile format. The surveys will generally be shorter, and more fit for tablets and phones than the ones you normally receive via e-mail.
When you start using the app you will quickly discover that it is really easy to use, and provides a nice overview of the surveys currently available to you, as well as handy shortcuts to redeeming your points and receiving incentives.
As a panel member, you can of course always contact panel support if you have any questions, comments or with to give us feedback on the app.
Norstat is sole responsible owner of both norstatpanel.com and this app, and guarantees your anonymity and the quality of the surveys, independently of in which channel you choose to answer surveys.

Easy to use, the dashboard is clear, some surveys are for mobile some for desktop, it doesn't take that long to answer. I love to plant trees with my earned coins, but there are other rewards as well.

generally good. took a LONG time for the points to be approved for redemption, around 3 weeks instead of 2 days.

A lot of the surveys aren't possible to complete on mobile, at least on my Samsung. Drag and drop style questions have the added benefit of refreshing the screen so you can't get the icon onto the desired swimlanes, which means that you spend sometimes 10+ minutes on a survey, to not be able to complete it. Other than that, no technical issues

App asks me to create a new password after every single survey I complete, even though already have an account with a password. Very annoying. Also changing the password doesn't solve the problem.

Was good at first now it's very annoying. Quite infuriating actually. You complete some really long surveys and then can't submit,shows error or it says quota complete when you spent so much time completing it. I think if the quota is done it should close that survey automatically or shouldn't allow one to take at all. 4 surveys this month alone that I completed and couldn't submit of 20 minutes each. That's a long time to just waste.
