It was our first time in Amsterdam & we entered a parking space that we had no reservations for. We called the number and explained our situation and Paul, who assisted us was so kind, understanding and patient with us as he explained the steps on how to download the app, register, fill out the necessary information and so forth. All I can say is that Paul went over and beyond his services & he definitely deserves the recognition. We need more people like Paul in this world. Thank you Paul!

Ik probeer in de app via mail in te loggen, komt de url in de gestuurde mail op dezelfde telefoon als waar de app op geïnstalleerd is niet verder dan de browser die mij doorstuurd naar de playstore om de app nog een keer te downloaden, in Firefox en Chrome getest Er is dus via je mobiel geen mogelijkheid om in te loggen zonder Facebook of Google te gebruiken. Na het aanpassen van de default browser naar Chrome werkt het zoals verwacht, met dank aan de goede snelle service van het service team.

Terrible app. If I could I would rate it negative. I've got stuck in the parking for the 7th time in 2 weeks not being able to enter or exit the parking. Both the zoku and the CS only offer temporary solutions. The truth is that the app does not work and Vicky should improve a lot before offering services to customers. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone On the positive side, CS is very nice and tries to be very helpful

I had a terrible experience using this app. The buttons often were not responsive, which made navigating the app frustrating and time-consuming. The most annoying issue, however, was the app's process for checking the availability of a parking space. It performs this check only at the payment step, after I had already entered all my information. This led to numerous occasions where I went through the entire booking process only to find out the space was unavailable
