They fixed the location selector, it's working again! Thanks so much, I had been stuck using Firefox with the glitchy webpage that won't let you attach more than one photo, but now the app is working so it's much easier to pitch in. Thanks for fixing it!
All of a sudden, I can't sign in!
This app is amazing when it works. Currently, I am unable to create a service request because I either can't lock in the address I enter manually or I'm unable to use the Select on Map feature. This is the first step in creating a Service Request.
App is extremely unreliable and unusable now. Latest issue that's been going on for months is that you can no longer enter an address or select a location on the map to submit a report. It keeps zeroing out the address or resetting the map so you can't continue reporting the issue.
This once worked. Now it won't allow me to enter my address for a service request, nor will it accept my map location. So I can't enter a service request, at all. I tried restarting, & checking that location permissions were on - no dice. Then I tried creating an account. *That* failed - it wouldn't accept my username/password. So, this is useless to me now.
