It looks like a new approach to learning. Knowledge comes from different sources. This approach may turn out to help a person cater to desired information. It doesn't mention the price for the courses offered. Can it turn out to be a bait and switch app offering ? No intent to be rude, nor skeptical. Coursera looks too good to be true. The courses are brilliant. Well paced and decently in depth. If you take a few days break, however, your content gets locked even if you reset deadlines. It is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to get support via normal routes and there is no chat option. Help pages take you around in circles. For a company this big, the customer support is just non existent. Please work on getting chat/phone/even AI bot support 🙏🏻

It keeps logging me out of my account, which itself isn't a big deal since I understand that it is tied to my organization and may not be coursera themselves. However, I cannot log in on mobile anymore. I am able to sign in just fine on desktop, but am no longer able to access my courses on the go which is disappointing. It would be a very convenient app if it worked well on mobile.

I was charged $50 for an automatic renewal of Coursera Plus even though I didn’t intend to continue beyond the first month. I canceled as soon as I noticed the charge, but Coursera refused to issue a refund. Their refund policy doesn’t clearly cover situations like mine, and there was no flexibility from support even though I won’t be able to use the service at all during this billing period. Overall, a disappointing experience. I'm not coming back!
