City of Hartford non-emergency call center and resident service request tool.
The Hartford 311 is the City of Hartford, CT’s non-emergency call center and service request tool. This app allows residents and visitors alike to report non-emergency issues related to safety, wellness, and quality of life concerns.
There are a multitude of benefits for users who choose to download the app such as:
•The ability to submit items such as potholes, report a dead animal in the street, or notify the city of a streetlight outage so that it may be passed on to the utility company for repairs.
•Tenants can report concerns related to their apartment unit when a landlord becomes unresponsive to their repair requests.
•Residents or visitors to the city can report illegal dumping of household items such as couches, mattresses, furniture to car tires, or a home that has become blighted and in disrepair.
The app also allows users to either enter an address or tag their current location to report the issue at hand.
By using the app, users can submit service requests directly to the City staff and responsible department 24/7 from the palm of their hand. Users can also take and upload a photo of the issue they are reporting.
App users will be able to see a record of the cases they submitted as well as search for any case using a case number. Users will also have the ability to get status updates and follow along as the issue is addressed.
