Easy-to-use inventory management app for pharmacies, clinics and drug stores.

Maisha Meds has developed free software for pharmacies and clinics that have limited internet connectivity and electricity. The software allows you to manage sales and inventory , and tracks patient ID, name, age, and gender. It also allows you to do stock takes, track all revisions to your inventory, and use multiple selling points and tills in an individual facility. This makes it easier for you to help patients access affordable and high-quality healthcare.

The Maisha Meds software also provides you with detailed reports about your business, including profit and loss, fast moving goods, and credit that you've provided to patients, and trade credit balances received from suppliers.

To set up the application:
Download the app (it is recommended to use a tablet, although you can also use an Android phone)
Create accounts for your pharmacy from the home screen
Do an initial stock take (enter all stock in your pharmacy on the app)

The application is great so far. I would suggest a few improvents 1. Improve on the purchases management aspect. I would like to see the best supplier for each product when making my next order. 2. When I am going through the list of my inventory and chose Zefcolin which starts with Z, when I close that tab, it takes me back to A. Make it easier to go back to previous menu without taking me to the start of the list. 3. The dashboard values aren't correct eg cost of inventory for last year etc

It's a good app but I would suggest additional features like Invoices ..for clients who pay on credit..the credit feature alone doesn't suffice because if a client needs an invoice sent, there is no way to do that through the system..please consider that ...where one can create an invoice inclusive of mode of payment and send to the client as a pdf or even message ..thanks

The app is very helpful, although there is a problem with the inventory management, I have severally found some items missing from the inventory management even after stock updates. I have tried to raise concerns to those in -charge many times but it seems, there is no proper solution
