Very neat to see all the appointments in one place. Good that it can be used to check in prior the doctor visit too. For those that make complaint about can't make appointments online or similar stuff, you are to do those manually by making a phone call or walk in. Hospital stuff are very busy and can't do everything for everyone, you know. You've got to help yourself too. Besides since this hospital is very good and popular, exercise your patience to the fullest and your rewards will worth it.

เวลาขอเลื่อนนัดไม่อนุมัติ ไม่มีแจ้งเหตุผล ก็ต้องกดไปใหม่ ไม่อนุมัติอีกทำวนๆหลายรอบ สรุปใช้เวลาเป็นสัปดาห์ยังเลื่อนไม่ได้เพราะไม่แจ้งเหตุผลกลับ แอพควรเปิดให้มีการสื่อสาร2ทางครับ

It doesn't work for foreigners, only for Thais. How hard it could be to add another part for passport number to make it work?. during the covid time, all the appointment has changed, it is "impossible" to contact via phone or you have to wait for the whole day!
