This app is easy and useful. I saw some comments that positioning is not accurate, but actually it depends on your Watch and sim Network. In SG no more 2G and 3G so need to buy the correct 4G watch. Sometimes the position shows 1 or 2 blocks away, I feel this is still reasonable. To save battery, it shows positioning upon request. I think this is good. They also removed ads! 5 stars!

Advertising mimicking as upgrade to install other non desirable apps. The app owner if it has control should ban these kind of advertising. The switch devices was buried deep inside a slide to the right to be revealed not sure why. Also one could easily mistakenly unbind the device as the switch and unbind are close enough. I did not try it but if unbind does not have confirmation secondly page can be catastrophic.

A lot of the features don't work. Chat often becomes desynced or fails to send. Keeps sending accidental sos alerts, no way to disable that. Rewards is not incremental like you'd expect, it's more like a score/rating, which is weird, like a kid rating or something?! Should be additive instead, like "have 5 extra points". There is a lot of fluff in the app, like games and cringey movies, who needs that? Make it simpler, make it more reliable, cut the fluff and put some actually useful features.

terrible. i can phone OK and receive call OK that's it. don't use for GPS as its miles away from acyaul location, its currently 5 miles away despite being next to me. given this is a tracker for kids that can obviously lead to massive problems and isn't safe or relaible to use as a tracker , phone calls are fine and gets 1 star for that

can make or receive calls fine but GPS is never accurate or always says the device is off line. the purpose of these kids smartwatches is so you can call and locate your child. the app is completely useless.
