First time I download this app and I already encounter an issue. I can't proceed with the registration as the verification code wasn't sending. I tried to click again resend sms so that I can get a one-time pin but still no luck. I even waited for 30 mins before I request for another one-time pin but it's just loading.

I tried this app for the first time and I already paid for the consultation fee. After paying, the site only loaded until it showed that I have been inactive for 10 minutes! I have not seen a doctor to check me up, and I lost my consultation fee. Their customer service is no help either.. Please address this.
