I have been using this ofw bank since it is available online and there is no issue when logging into my account, however this month after deposit I can't login and the reason appears stated that this transaction is not available at this time, please try again later even I tried it oftentimes still cannot access to my account and with the same reason appears.

It's not generating OTP,they should put another option like email to receive the OTP.kindly rectify the issue asap

Terrible..3 days already cannot receive OTP,my number link to offbank account no problem.I called the customer service and send email but nobody reply..the worse thing I called from overseas is not cheap the charges of the call...nobody care the called..nobody care coz they're not the spending money for overseas call..worse experience..hope you fix your system as soon as possible.
