This gotta be one of the worst bank out there! The customer service sucks and the system decides for the user. It's already been a month since I call the hotline but they're still no resolution on my request to unblock my account which they block saying that a suspicious activity was going on which is actually there wasn't. I've tried following up my concern several times but all they say was wait for 3-5 banking days and that they'll escalate it and it's already been a month
