This is an excellent initiative through Survey to further enhance Islamabad's security, ensuring that security agencies have access to information on every individual. Additionally, separate vehicle pass stickers and city identification cards should be issued to Islamabad's local residents. This would help minimize inconvenience during security checks and streamline verification processes.

Good step but it should be integrate with Pak ID app instead of new separate app to ensure data security. Further instruction w.r.t labeling of House ID via app code may be mentioned to avoid inconvenience at the time of physical verification. Moreover, edit option should be added to add/ delete any member in future or correction of data. Following categories may also be added in addition to owner& rent: 1. Govt Accomodation. 2. With parents. 3. Care Taker. 4. Under construction House.

There are a few issues with the app: 1. There is no option to delete forms once they are opened. 2. The list does not include sectors located on the outskirts of Islamabad. 3. When the app detects the user’s location automatically, it should also populate fields such as locality and neighborhood. However, these fields should remain editable.

Couldn't receive OTP. CDA has now half a dozen Apps. They should at least merge these Shaguffa Apps together. Also, please once in 100 years check their UI/UX.
