*Please note that this app is in its early stages. You may encounter temporary issues while visiting facilities and registering visits digitally. If this occurs, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Additionally, once you activate your virtual card, your plastic MultiSport card will no longer be valid.
Switch to a virtual card within the app and use a QR code for check-ins at sports facilities.
Here's how:
1. Create a profile on MyMultiSport, or if you're already registered, simply log in.
2. Verify your mobile number.
3. Upload a picture of yourself.
4. Generate a QR code for digital entry to all MultiSport facilities!
5. Find your sport and the perfect place to stay active!
The app helps you locate all facilities where your MultiSport card can be used.

App is good. What lacks (imho) is ability to save facility "for later" or "want to go". Would be a nice feature

Downloading the app and activating my virtual card was pretty much straightforward. From reading the comments below, I wasn't aware that the on-line card deactivated the physical one. I guess this should have been s clear and visible disclaimer before proceeding. Otherwise a simple app to store the card details and searching for venues, which is sufficient as a first version of the app. More stars will ensue once more functionalities are added

Useless app. Doesn't show past visits. Doesn't allow virtual card and plastic one to be used interchangeably. If you want to switch back, you need to call an info line 🤦♂️

Practically impossible to switch between accounts. As a working student I have Student Multisport and Work one. So when I switched jobs and wanted to switch to my student multisport I had pop ups to set up new account even if I had this account and just needed to activate it on the phone. After several unsuccessful tries it wrote that my account does not accept more devices, but all the time I was signing in from 1 device. Very poorly handled backend, guys;(
