Am cdat f. multe produse la BonPrix. Produse frumoase, preturi rezonabile; se acorda reduceri clientilor fideli. Sunt totusi 2 pb. mari: 1. Marimea produselor nu coincide cu tabelul de marimi. De obicei comand cu 2 nr. mai mic decat nr. romanesc dar pt unele produse trebuie cdat chiar cu 3 nr mai mic, pt altele numai cu 1 nr. Trebuie introdusa o regula generala pt ca f. multi clienti renunta sa mai comande din acest motiv. 2. Durata f. mare pt returnarea sumelor corespunzatoare retururilor.

I used to love shopping at Bonprix, but the fact that you continue shipping ONLY WITH CARGUS IN ROMANIA is a big NO FOR ME. They handle the packages terribly, when are you going to switch to FanBox / Easybox options?

Major troubles with filters and search renders the app and the site (has this problem too) ineffective and frustrating to use. Imagine picking up the larger size in filter, you're happy there're so many products, then you enter a product to order, and the size you have been searching for is not even on the list of offer (not sold out, but isn't there at all). Repeat x100, entering each product to check. And plus size toggle additionally messes it up. Someone programmed the filters really badly.

A few years ago, your staff were fine, price-quality, but now, everything is expensive and does not justify the high price... I have erase your app and never order from you again! And i'll also tell my friends about that!
