Our company was established in 1993 by the merger of five independent business entities and registered under the common banner of P.P.H.U. Miedzik S.C.
Since December 1996, after changing our legal form, we have been operating as Miedzik Sp. z o. o.
In the first years of our activity, we dealt with trade, construction and service. Our efforts and consistency in action have been noticed and appreciated by leading industry manufacturers, such as: Vaillant, Junkers, Beretta, Wolf, Kermi, Sanha, Herz, Rothenberger, Hutmen and many others. This was the beginning of many years of cooperation and the development of excellent business contacts, which resulted in a dynamic increase in the scale of commercial activities.
Another result of our efforts was the co-creation of the first consortium of installation wholesalers in Poland - INSTAL KONSORCJUM - of which we are a shareholder. The high quality of services provided and the acquisition of new competences by an experienced team have built the trust and satisfaction of our clients.
