LOGIN AND REGISTRATION
- Register in the application by entering your e-mail address and creating a unique password. You can also log in with your data from the online ticket sales portal bilety.polregio.pl. The application and the portal create a coherent system of online sale of tickets for transport by POLREGIO trains.
- The answer to the question of whether you have discounts on train journeys, if so, select them. Thanks to this, you will be able to enjoy cheaper railway crossings throughout Poland!
- Please enter your date of birth so that we can better match the discounts you are entitled to. Some of the special offers depend on age.
- Add your full name. The data you provide us is safe and is used only to issue the ticket. All carriers require the passenger's name and surname on the ticket.
- And it's ready! Now you can freely search our base of train journeys, timetables and travel wherever you want!
PURCHASE TICKETS IN THE APP
- Add a departure and destination station. Choose from 1900 stations where POLREGIO trains stop. You can also add an intermediate station to your route.
- Search for a connection at the most convenient time and cost for you!
- You can buy the option of transporting goods and animals with your ticket.
- Now all you need to do is choose the form of payment - payment card or blik and it's ready!

- By selecting "Stations" from the menu, you can check scheduled arrivals and departures from the railway station of your choice

DISCOUNTS ON RAILWAYS IN POLREGIO
As POLREGIO, we offer you a number of unique discounts and promotions on journeys. Some of them are:

YOU and one, two, three!
We have created this offer for those who do not like to travel alone. If you are traveling with one or two people to the same destination station on the same train, you can take advantage of our discount. The first person buys a single-use ticket, the cost of the ticket is calculated according to the normal tariff or with a statutory discount. For other people, tickets are approximately 30% cheaper than the regular fare.

REGIOcarnet
One ticket for travel all over Poland - three days without limits! The REGIO carnet is a personal ticket and entitles to an unlimited number of journeys on REGIO trains. You can use the REGIOcarnet on three days of your choice within two consecutive months.

A personal discount card for frequent travelers.
-Approx. 30% discount on single tickets in any relation (RAZEM tariff).
-Approx. 15% discount on season and network tickets (RAZEM tariff).
The annual REGIOcard costs PLN 175, and the semi-annual - PLN 105.
* If the validity period of your REGIOcard has expired or is approaching its end, you can buy another one with a 20% discount, i.e. an annual discount for PLN 140, and a six-month discount for PLN 85.
