Не могут сделать нормально, всё через одно место. Получил пароль в ИФНС, ввожу для входа, пишет не правильно ввели пароль. Попытался даже скопировать пароль, но всё без толку

Установили, вели пароль. Дало ошибку,что неверный пароль или что требуется не менее 5 часов для нового пользователя. Написали в тех поддержку. Третий день заканчивается, а воз и ныне там. Никто не ответил, не можем зайти в приложение
