The ruID mobile app is the official application created for foreign citizens and stateless persons who are planning to enter or are already on the territory of the Russian Federation. The app enables users to fill out an entry application, obtain information about any entry restrictions, and provides convenient, secure, and multifunctional access to Russian government services.

As of 2025, new entry conditions to the Russian Federation have come into effect. Now foreign citizens are required to submit an entry application and provide biometric data prior to crossing the border. The ruID app allows users to complete all these steps remotely in just a few clicks.

Надеюсь на реальную помощь от поддержки сайта ruID : После множества попыток удалось отправить форму и биометрические данные , 29.06.25 в 13:32 получил сообщение : " Your biometric status will update on the main screen within a few minutes .Sometimes it may take up to 5 calendar days " Что делать если я не получу ответ с QR кодом до вылета в Санкт-Петербург через Сочи ?? Является ли эта регистрация обязательной или как указано в письме вашего министра Шалава М.И является добровольной.
